RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of goods sold on this website, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds unless defective or faulty in any way. In such cases a full replacement shall be carried out at our own expense. If you have just placed an order and would like to cancel and request a refund, this can be done by checking your order details on the website /email confirmation and requesting the same online. Alternatively you may contact our team by emailing info@eyecirque.com. You may however not be able to cancel your order or request a refund if the goods have already been dispatched by our team.
